The guys who gave advice then VANISHED
« on: July 26, 2009, 10:03:22 pm »
Hi,

I have just been reading through some of the topics, and it got me thinking of all the guys who used to ask or give advice....

Does anyone know , of anyone who has given up window cleaning?

and gone back to being an employee elsewhere?

Or, the newbies who thought it was easy...and found it difficult to build a round?

interesting to know who loved it then hated it ????

Hi,

I'm still around ;D ;D

But to be honest, I'd rather spend time with family and getting on with my life now.  But I still pop in occasionally to se whats going on.

This is a very informative forum, and can be helpfull. Too serious by far though. Too many on here have large egos and too many take the job far far to seriously in respect of a public internet forum all about the mindboggling aspects of ....well cleaning stuff.  ::)Loads on here love a laugh but the majority who dont, I think puts others off.

There have been a load of good people who have come and gone over the years. Some, as you say, probably found the job too much for them but others were established WCs who have just drifted off.

My favourite was Shinnyshiner, he was always on here.

If you go to the start side mate you can see how many and WHO is online ;D You see some names on there that never post or have stopped posting.  You can always click on a profile and see when any member was last active, that's why for example I looked for Sam Peafield. Not being funny mate, didn't know if you new about the start side thingy, if you know what I mean
