We charge vat because it is the law to charge it if a business turnover is greater than £68,000, which dosent matter to most customers who are vat registered as they also charge it and claim it back.
Local customers that collect obviously dont pay delivery.

I would have thought this was obvious really.

Are you answering a different question Glyn? The question was 'why pay more' not 'why does Glyn charge more'. I didn't see anybody suggest you shoudn't charge vat or question why you did. Perhaps you should read a little more carefully in future.

Purefreedom are advertising Tulsion resin at cost price quite why anyone would choose to actually loose money doesnt make sense because storage space in a warehouse isnt free and every foot of storage needs to pay for its self.

Daqua have told me that that pure freedom dont have any Tulsion resin to sell anyway so it doesnt matter what price they advertise it for.

Why advertise it then if they didnt sell it, surely if they show a pic like this and send something different they would be in big trouble, surely purefreedom arent this silly.
