I have been trying to find earlier postings and one had a picture but I ran out of time. My bed calls me and my missus in complainig also.
I will find the postings tommorrow (Thursday).
The problem is that I think the postings are on that 'other' forum. You know the one ...... or maybe you don't.
There's been a lot about the 'Other' forum on this forum that is contraversial but I'll find something about bending up your squeegie metal bit that makes sense.
I bet I've now started a whole new thing about the 'other' forum. I hope not.

Here it is:
http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/index.php?topic=6809.0
Just get some pliers and nip the ends of your squeegie like the picture shown.
It really does help, although when I first tried I didn't think it did - because I was inexperienced and couldn't squeegie properly in the first place.
I still have to detail on most windows. But there's a lot less. I find on old windows with painted frames, where the paint has 'leeched' onto the glass, I don't have to detail. But I don't have many of these.
And I find my rubber blades last longer. Does anyone else find this?

Here are a few photos which may help you to see which bit to bend
PS I first put them on the "other Forum" about 11 months ago

Neil,
Shouldn't the rubber be a little bit further along the channel? Look at the picture in the link I posted earlier.
I hope you told them on the "other forum" that the rubber should be a little proud of the end of the channel.
I bet Vince has been shouting and swearing that he's leaving a big two inch streak all over his windows and can't work out why it's happening!

Oh no
Do you think that’s why I have been losing so many customers?
I thought it would save rubber.
