NEW ROUND - expeienced cleaner required
« on: July 13, 2009, 01:52:38 am »
Hi,

I am starting a window cleaning business, and intend to commence in SW London and around the M3 / M4 corridors, looking for at least some higher value houses, and am looking for an experienced traditional window cleaner to bring in, in one of the following ways;

EITHER

An existing window cleaner with own round but lacking the capital to expand or update equipment, who lives within or near to the area described above, and who is ambitious.

or an experienced window cleaner able to clean to a good standard, who is currently unemployed, and who is keen to be part of a growing business.

or a semi retired experienced window cleaner looking for at least 20 hours per week.

I am looking to create a high standard round(s), and have capital to invest, so will be utilising good quality equipment, using a combination of both traditional and WFP systems.

I am looking for a person that is clean, smart, presentable, polite, and comfortable talking to customers. You should be honest, and willing to help build a business, and want to share in the rewards.

If you think you may be the person I am looking for, please email me at auagcumo@yahoo.co.uk, with a brief descrpition of yourself, your experience, and some contact details, and I will reply as soon as I can.

Thanks.

I think all the good experienced window cleaners would be more than capable of running / setting up their own round - It's not rocket science, and it doesn't need loads of money throwing at it.

Capital to expand?  What capital exactly is needed to knock on someone's door?

No experienced window cleaner would be unemployed.  They would be window cleaning.

No offense, but what I think you want is someone who knows what to do because you clearly don't have a clue. (as evidenced by your thinking that buying pure water is a smart move)

You'd be better off advertising in a job centre. As alreadt stated the lads and lasses on here are already window cleaners and would, I imagine, rather spend the time working on their own business than help someone else build up theirs.
Come and talk dirty to us!!!

It may be quite profitable for someone in the area who needs the work, seems like the guy has his head screwed on, not all window cleaners are richard branson, some just want a wage :)
