A New View Window Cleaning,
Well  on this side of the pond we have a supplier trying to copyright the term Waterfed. It's really got a lot of us up in arms since this supplier only recently started a pure water division to their company. What's your thoughts on this

theres no way they will get it, what do you guys think, and i wonder who is behind it,

lol would like to see this happen when a lot of people had this on there van before he tried, also recon a lot of people would not use the company trying to do it. Think I might copyright the word chris.

I also read that ionics only have the rights to Reach and Wash, and not reach & wash.

Waste of money trying to copyright that... its been use for too long by many
Only those who risk going too far will truly know how far they can actually go

I'd heard about this last week, but they will not be able register the word 'WaterFed' as a trademark - guarantee it.

Ionics were only able to register 'Reach & Wash' after about 5 years of using the phrase with no conflict of rights.

Totally imposible,  have tried 20 thousand times, in 90 thousand different combinations. Anything that complex can go... well......just go.

Same here, I joined it when it first started but didn't go on there much. Then when I tried again much later it wouldn't let me on.
