Its just a small 2 bed terrace. The lady moved in several months ago but has only stayed there for a few weeks out of that time. Now new people are moving in next weekend and she wants it to have a quick clean through next week beforehand. There's a kitchen, a bathroom, a lounge and 1 maybe 2 bedrooms to do along with hsl. Not a spring clean but kitchen and bathroom thorough clean, the rest a dust, polish and hoover.
She suggested 2 hours but I will tell her that 3 hours is more realistic, so £45.
