Service CEO is indeed a great software package but it costs nearly £2k........not much good for someone 'little' like me ;D

Camelot is a great program: www.camelotsoftware.com.

It's an American product and is around £2000 in total but you can pay in interest free installements over 6 months.  They'll also send you out a free demo version so you can "try before you buy".

It does EVERYTHING - automates confirmation letters, creditors, marketing schemes, scheduling of jobs etc.

Give it a go.

reply try downloading round organiser it's free but you need M/soft Access 2003 to run it!!
