For example I send a postcard to all (Satisfied
) customers every 6 months after I've cleaned for them. In that postcard I will remind them of who I am, what special offers they can avail of and if I've bought any new equipment I tell them what it does and how it can help me to help them.
Always keep a customer database mate. Remember it's not just about getting the job there and then straight after you've sent your postcard/newsletter,...it's also about brand awareness and getting them to think of you first when they (or their friends/relatives) want their soft furnishings cleaned. This could be straight away or it could be years down the line.
