Help with Web Forwarding

Have a webpage and i have just bought a 2nd domain name, i what to point this to my webpage
can anyone tell me how this is done. i am with 123reg, when i go into control panel and the following comes up

Manage My Blog

Access my InstantSite Account

Manage DNS

Web Forwarding

E-mail forwarding

Change Nameservers

Change IPS Tag


If there is anyone who is with 123reg and has done this i would be greatfull for any help

i did it with 123reg. On mobile at minute so when i get home i will have a look and see how i did it but he i recall theres a help section on website with answers.
