Well, i print mine six up and then guillotine them. Once they are cut I stack them with a perfect edge, stick a heavy brick on top then paint the heads (one edge) with glue, leave to dry then using a knife slice my pads into handy sized blocks easy. The fiddly bit is trimming them in the first place.
