marks on sills

some of my customers have streak like marks running across their sills like they have wiped them with bits in their clothes or something. what sort of cleaner would bring the marks out. would tfr do it.they look like grey scratches.

I have caused a few with the brush edge. Only ever had one complain and jif removed it easily.

JML product called doKtor power works a treat. i use it on all my upvc cleaning

Jif or Cif as its known now is too abrasive and scratches the plastic.
I use Siroflex UPVC cleaner it work a treat.

I have caught the stock of the brush on the edge of the frame and made a dark scuff mark. just had to clean it off with UPVC cleaner.
