Beware-Useless van company
« on: June 11, 2009, 05:32:30 pm »
Just a warning about this company vansrusuk or vehicle fleet management ltd (same company) i strongly advise you to steer clear of them!!

Sorted as i thought with them a newish vwTransporter, took all my details and did not hear a thing for nearly two weeks (Quality customer care, not).

Got so fed up i had to call them x3, in a word i reckon they don't really have the vans they proclaim!!!

Total joke of a firm in my eyes, now sorted locally cheaper too.

i went to one of their yards and they did have a shed load of vans though

I am trying to do a deal with them at the moment, i think the main man was on holiday as i did not get to speak to him 2 weeks.Their vans look good, very clean but they will not budge on price.
Who did you get van from in the end?
Or is there any one else that has a company to recommend for vans?
Thanks
Darren

I bought a Nissan Primastar 2.5 years ago off vehicle fleet. At the time they were £4 grand cheaper than new and my van was less than 6 months old.
Cheers jay.
