transit connsct / ladders

Anyone putting ladders on a transit connect ? Im wondering if theres any racks that alow a reasonably quick on an off , can they be hung on the upright of the rack rather than using the roller from the back , Im looking at what van to buy still wanting to use ladders , but want a larger vehicle

I don't use a roller but still slide ladders on & off from back. I also have some small brackets fitted for the ladders to channel into (stops them moving from side to side). It's a very quick & easy process to remove & reload ladders this way.
