May i say sorry to anybody who i overlooked here , i just had a request for the docs posted 3 years ago and it would appear i missed a fair few pleads !
If you would still like them please mail me direct ....  hyndman_richard@yahoo.com
The docs are only available in WORKS format , unless you can do anything with a PDF , this is available at the bottom of the next post , sorry for mix up guys !

Rich..
BELOW IS THE ORIGINAL POST !

After much hassle it has come to light that this can only be gotten using works word processor , if you want copies of them feel free to mail me a request , however , if you can convert the data into a displayable form once recieved then feel free to post it , save me the job of mailing , just check it prints ok before posting , i found the paragraphs and headings went to pot on printing.

Remember all risk assessments should be relevent, current and task specific, ideally they should be on one page wich everyone can see instantly.

if a risk assessment is to long winded , no one will read it, so therfor it will be useless

The risks should be clearly identifiable and those risks should be addressed with reasonable control measures.

also your staff should get involved in writing the risk assessments and helping to identify the risks on each job.
