Yep £2.50 per clean. if it on the invoice I post for them.

I would love my credit card and gas supplier, electric supplier, sky, bt ect ect ect, send me stamped envolopes to pay them don't happen thought, so I do the same it works for them  ;)

I did say 48 hours, but have changed it to 7 days, payment not recieved in 21 days £2.50 is added to the bill.

If they are starting to pay later and later I speak to them and advice the payment should be made within 7 days, I added the 21 days for people that go on holiday, I also say  if you can afford to go on holiday for 3 weeks then you will not have a problem paying a late fees (light hearted and alwasy brings a chukkle, I also say I don't want to charge any of my customers, I just want to be paid so I can pay my staff and wife

if it is a one off problem I will allow it once, and tell them to stand in the corner for 5 mins or sit on the naughty step.
