insurance for doing commercial work

hi all


i was asked to tender on a block of flats today cleaning of halls and ancillery areas , bins , picking up litter etc... and the company said they want copies of our insurance details what all do we need ?  i have public liability thats all .

what are method statements and do i need them ?

Simple reply YES plus a bit more, the same applies to domestics if asked not that they do!
