Im sorry but customers just DO NOT like it, i tried and tried and after the 10th "not today" of the day you have enough. I can understand why they say this and yes its annoying but end of day 'theyre the cutsomer' its up to them whether you clean or not.

not if they want a reliable service, I tend to only take one regular work, if they want not today they are charged highly for that, I am guessing from your reply matt you either did not explain well well or you gave up to soon :-\

hehe i have yet to be of the
i work in the rain persuasion as i too like to stay dry when at work (any excuse not to clean :) i love getting soaked when im out biking)

But on occasion when behind i do and i just tell the custies that my bills need paying too and 99% of the time the windows are done dry and fine - sometimes i will have to do it in bad weather and thats part and parcel of my regular service if there is a problem i will return - so far no call back

Alot of it is your own attitude and how you handle it

I had one yesterday .... leave mine today as they said that it is going to rain later ............ I think I handled it perfectly ......... she's no longer on my list.  ;D ;D
I can remember when waking up stiff in the morning was a good thing.
