Scraper on a pole?
« on: April 29, 2009, 08:12:28 pm »
Can it be done?
Have a new job coming up soon, the house is still being built, drove past tonight and every roofpanel on the conservatory has stickers on it as does every window.  >:(

just use 1 of your poles that will fit the unger cone and push your scrapper on end of it

I use a 4" scraper on an unger pole no problem it just pushes on.

I take it you trying to fix a scraper to a WFP if so take the brush off and angle adapter if it has one and if its just a normal fitting a scraper will push on that.

Hadn't got as far as thinking about the fittings. I was thinking more about the damage it might cause to be honest?

You won't get window stickers off with just a scraper. You need to peel them off and rub the glass with white spirit. Then when that dries T Cut.

Even then you get a "ghost" when the light hits it.

But a scraper on a pole is a good idea for other things, paint spots in particular. Lichen on conservatory roofs is another.
