Leads selling

Hello there,

I didnt wanna hi jack the other thread along a similar line, but like seerclean is it? I am getting more leads than i can handle at the minute through my website, for the manchester area. I am having to let down far too many people, some because they are odd houses in areas i dont clean in, and some big one offs im too busy to do , or dont want to do  :) And also some pretty serious commercial stuff that i dont have the resources to do, so i am wondering if anyone would be interested in paying a small fee say 5-10 for the one offs- and regular window gutters etc, and on the big stuff if they wanted to pay a bit more to take the lead or form some form of partnership - that is the wrong word really as they wouldnt be any ties but i was thinking more along the lines of they show me how to get the job and i work on it with them - just to get experience etc of quoting and doing the big stuff, and just price in a cut for me ?? Or something similar- havent thought that one through yet :) ideas on a postcard there!

Anyone who is interested though genuinely in manchester if you wanna email me ??

PS i have a close friend from ireland who recently offered to do my SEO for free - hence the surge in work and leads! So im not pushing this on anyone but these leads are often going cold when someone could be getting work - i have guttters and conny inquiries as well as a huge hotel after a quote which i reckon is too big for me

We are looking for work south cheshire, crewe & stoke so any lower than manchester  i would be prepared to take at a percentage of clean.

ill bear it in mind gary however the website is targetted mainly for manchester/stockport
