Maybe the custy had cleaned it previously with a yard broom.

was it clear glass or the poly type ?

was platic type stuff.

Depends on the age. The plastic goes matt after a while just like everything thats plastic. Sometimes it can yellow as well.

hi try useing some t.f.r you can noy beat it
