ok where do i start. panic stations from the off lol.

started with flow about 7 on varistream and eventually worked my way down to 3. reckon through day used 250-300ltr done 7 houses 3 with cons and also ma mates who been building his which was filthy.

reckon i used too much water LOL.

also had hose reel topple ove rin van few times plus kinks in hose, then pump stopped and noticed air lock in hose so fixed that and got on ma way again. Also had to ge ton ladders as one window was all smears. this was a brand new window and no doubt greasy marks or something.

done ma mates velux using 34ft hybrid  hell nightmare to use thing all over the gaff at one point. how heavy are those things

i found that the first few cleans you use more water but i would say that that much water on 7 houses is a lot of water, we now use minimum water on all our work apart from first and second cleans

detached houses in private estate some had wooden frames with about 21 seperate panes on the bottoms and 18 on top also normal back windows and some sides. largish houses with about 4 bedrooms each and some en suites

seems alright that then for first cleans but i wont even tell you how many houses we would get through on that amount of water, you wont believe me...

Dosent matter how much water you use on first cleans as long as you get good results.

god knows how they will have come up.

hope they are ok. a fe wwindows may still nee to be laddered though. just awkward as hell. Pole is hard to manouvere

you will get used to it, when i first started i walked down the road looking up at windows and i was horrifies at what i was seeing as i am sure many others on here were, i didnt take ages on first cleans though (not enough hours in a day) i just told customers the first few cleans may not be too good and i was right they wasnt, but now every window is good (nearly), i find that you will always come across a window that is not how you would like to leave it, i done mine today and there is a few very minute spots (tiny) but to look out of the windows without going up for a very close inspection they are gleeming, 100times better than trad they actually glimmer in the sun and as far as controlling the pole goes - give it a few days and it will be second nature...

it does get better practice makes perfect as they say as 4 the water ive got a 650ltr tank that does us roughly 60 houses a day stick with it and it will all come together.

Thats not on new cleans though I would say about 15 new cleans maybe

That's the reason I always advise people not to be shy when spending money on a pole. Why handicap yourself? starting out is hard enough as it is & now you've got that  thing to contend with!! They should be supplied with a course of anabolic steroids!

monster of a thing it is. can't believe how hard it is to control sometimes. LOL. at one point it went across my mates roof  as i was trying to get it on window.

Trust me that pole is a nightmare and id never bye another one, you wont beable to get the sections all the way out as the flex well its bad, what id do mate is change the brush head to a sl dual trim and if its got the thick hose change this too as it will help loads more.

I use a 27ft one for all of my work atm. even that on some angles is quite hard to use

What a slim line one because it gives me gramp in my thumb as i carnt get my hole hand round it if you understand.
