Trying all day to get through to RO-man

As above.... been trying to ring them all day and emailed them.
Is there a problem there end that anyone knows about ?
I really need to speak to them today.

I've had similar problems in the past. E-mail is often the best way to contact them.

Wanting to talk to them about my existing RO and options of pumps avalible.
Been trying to ring since 10am this morning right through to when they close at 4.15pm. All I have had is engaged tones and a message saying they are all busy and that I should ring back later.
I have emailed them aswell with no responce. Last time I emailed them it took them a while to get back to me.
I have read through an aquatics forum that they have 6 dedicated support staff. Im thinking this is porkys.
Do date I have spoken to two women and one man.

they have about six staff as i have been in to pick up some filters from them
they are only around the corner from some work that i do ,
But they do have a stange way of invoicing and ordering it all done by emails and after i have picked up my stuff in person i get a email confiming delivery
not out that way untill thursday if that any help
