what happens if those bolt holes don't line up with chassis members?
I wouldn't worry about the bolts holes, that unbaffled tank will roll the van on a corner before long!! How much did that frame cost you?

You should watch the Ionic crash test video.. .I know a load on here don't like Ionic, but it was a real eye opener, just how much the tank frame bent and warped upon impact, ...and it had loads more diagonal supports than the tank shown above, (which looks like it doesn't have any )Sorry, not trying to be a party pooper...

You might want to get some welded in... Those up and over supports will do next to nothing during a crash without cross bracing. The welds will simply tear.
