I have ordered a handheld TDS meter to see what my water is like, I hope its good enough to just go with DI, but I am interested in the Omnitrolley systems.

However, I have a few questions I hope you guys can help me with.

One I drive kangoo RXE,

1. what would it be like getting a 125 litter trolley out the van, could I lift that, or will I need some sort of ramp?

2. How long would it take to fill a 125 litter trolley and how long could I expect that to last, the morning, all day? I know this is ambiguous question as it depends of number of jobs, if you could give me an educated guess.

3. I would be thinking of using a trigger to save water, I am intending on getting a pole carrier though if it fitted inside the van great. I would want something around 25-30 feet. I like the look of...

the 30 feet gxtel27, would I get this inside a kangoo. If not, does the head come off that easy enough for storage in a pole carrier?

1. you would struggle to lift it in half full...but if it was just tap water you would beable to pump some out

2. buy a 50 ltr one from omnipole fills quicker a lot easier to push around.

3. i,d buy a flow control valve that fits onto your pole ..see pure freedom

4. the pole would fit into yr van depending on closed length/bulkhead you may have to come up with some mods

You would load and unload the 125 when it is empty filling it on the ground. Many customers leave the trolley in rtheir vehicle and unreel the hose to reach where they want to clean, additional hoses can be connected to reach further.

It will last just over two hours of continuose work at 1 litre per minute, the 125 has a bypass control valve so you can restrict the water use more if you wish for maintenance cleans or increse the flow for first cleans.

If you try to lift even a half full 125 litre trolley you wont be doing it for long.

The water alone will weigh the equivalent of a 10 stone man, then theres the weight of the trolley on top, whats that.............20Kg; your looking at a total of a 13 stone man; I thought WFP was meant to be easier and safer.

also if I left it full, the the van would it not move around a bit? If anyone knows someone or has done something similar to what I am talking about, what did you do about securing it.

If you wanna go down the trolley route get a PureFreedom, Id recommend straight into van-mount though.

Buy a tank and a hosereel and get a vanmount don`t mess about with something your gonna sell in 6 months mate trust me.

I could probably put together a DIY Kit, but am a little unsure about securing these tanks, can you just drill down on your floor etc.

Again any info about what pole would fit in my kangoo and fill times. I live in a flat and would prob be using a stand pipe, so fill times are important.

Trolleys make suppliers money not window cleaners,you will get back problems galore liftig that about all day.They should call them WFhernia trolley systems.

I wouldn't completly knock the idea, as I work mostly in a town center and parking can be a pain, but I definately would invest maybe 1k to give WFP a go, as I would like to even just use it on high jobs.

If you need it for access in areas like high streets you dont want that dinosaur like monstrosity that omniwhatsit sell, pushing that down the high street you'll need an HGV licence
