How long before?

How long do you give customers to post cheque before you call them.
I usually give it 2 weeks and if i haven't recieved it i call them.
Should i be more leniant or is this about right.
How long is it before you call them?

I give them 2 weeks mate

I don't call them.

They all come in some people take longer than others.
If i get there and they still owe money from last clean they just get billed for two cleans.
