I would never clean or rinse the downstairs without speaking to the occupants. I'd say you can't touch their property without their permission. However I have only agreed to wfp ups if they get the OK from them downstairs. Basic good manners?

i have the answer to the problem, and they are being sold now, if slightly adapted to our needs we can clean upstairs as much as we like, you can even ad your name to them, its very simple, why did i not think of this before

i dont see any reason why this would not work, they are light, plus fold away, i tried googles uk but nothing there on them
