P.S. Your first sentence in the leather cleaning section, is really long and separated by lots of commas, instead of, splitting it up, into a few sentences, with full stops.  It doesn't read too well

OH DEAR,

DP Print & Design have been abit naughty i think.  They took it on themselves to go ahead & use someone elses advert/wording on Dereks website without asking for permission then when DP were confronted by the original carpet cleaner DP told him to damn OFF.   The point here is.... DP have used wording that was supplied to them in confidence to help with the design of leaflets/website.  DP are now openly supply other CCs with this wording.  VERY NAUGHTY.
