Hey handsome smart gents;

Even tho I was accused of laying out garbage when I spoke of a good atitude being 90 % of a successful person; I am reiterating the same once again!

POSITIVE! BELEIVE IN YOURSELF and get off that couch! This is not trash or propoganda; it is encouragement to be on the ball and never lazy.

That is my way of describing what it takes to be successful//Because with a good attitude you will work hard; you will be motivated; and people will like you! And you will like yourself!

And the ladies!!!!!!!! Ladies like positive truths( Not B>S>) Not to mention in shape bodies; yes!

So hit the ground running tommorrow (today) and reach for the stars!

 A little each day closer to your maximum potential.

No one said life is easy; it is the opposite; especially if you wish to be righteous and successful!

Success will come. I say this because I have been in the business since I was 23, and have never had another employer other  than myself.

And I am doing better than I ever thought as far as business goes. I am grateful that I once worked almost 24/7.

How do you do it?

My attitude takes the same amount of time every morning to wake up as me which is about 2 hours and after toast and marmite plus several cups of tea. I don't know how some people like my missus get up so alive and breezy.

Then I'm ready to take on the world but only if they agree with me and give me a cup of tea at least once every hour. 

And then there's days like today when we get to our first job to find it's been put back a week because the contractors are still doing this and that. Then we get a flat tyre. Then the person who is helping us for a large job doesn't turn up because he's had a big arguement with his girlfriend etc etc.

In the end we packed up early because we were going around in circles.

Tomorrow will be better I am sure.

even in those dark rainy winter days that you sadly miss out on , there is always the time to think of other money making schemes or even just relax in front of tv to watch The Practice wi a cup of tea and toast.....the next day will surely be dry 

beats working in a factory or an office doesn`t it ?

never had tendency to work 24/7 though , more like 7/5  or better still , 6/4 and get day off for some golf

You are right and so is Texas.

I worked on the railways for over 12 years and the drudgery and the shifts and the awfull managers and the misery and so on.

When I left school I did an apprenticeship in a very large factory where people had death in their eyes from the boredom of it all.

Yup, window cleaning is great. I get depressed when I can't work like today or if I get up and it's raining. I love getting going in the mornings and also hunting out new work.

And the great scenery around here - you can't beat working in stunning locations with a cup of tea.

Hey Mal;

Sorry I wore you out with my on the ball-ness.  I have to admit I am a type A personality.

I do prefer a higher standard of living and to achieve this it takes planning and putting out the work required.

My ex-husband was not as motivated as I was, and I had to be the bigger moneymaker.

4 kids and plenty of bills. So I did not neccessarily like working so much, but I had to because someone had to!

I was glad that when I left that marriage I was able to go house shopping and buy a new one by  myself in a very nice neighborhood. I improved my standard of living again for myself and my children.

Now I work 4-5 days/week.
