I had to phone a custie tonight for tomorrow. They informed me scaffolding is up for roof repairs, same applies with their neighbour which I also clean so it saved me a wasted journey, diesel and time tomorrow, so it works both ways. They will phone me as soon as scaffolding comes down to rearrange their next wash.

Very good point. I phone two in last week, one was having new double glazing the other a new drive. So a phone call can save a wasted journey.

Doesn't bother me and also keeps us in touch as I rarely see any of them.
