What is your most used pole. its length and make.
« on: February 07, 2009, 02:53:41 pm »
Mine is a 35ft extel.

The reason is the lenght because most of my work  goes beyond 30ft and I hate changing poles half way for shorter work.

2 x 6 ft Omnipole Powerpole with 6 ft carbon fibre extension.
Love the way the heads are so easy to change. Really takes the knocks, can see this lasting 5 years.

and if theres a car on the drive, the reason i recommend 24 is because i live in town house and my slx is perfect.

I use what ever I grab out of the van first,it's usually the green Unger glass fibre pole which goes from 4 feet to 18 or something.

Slx 25' absolutely love it now, tried going back to a cheap modular but couldn't get used to the bend.
Have a Harris pole for a wagtail and have to say it's a pretty good pole.

25ft Hybrid X-tel pole
Best all rounder for domestic (up to three floors!) 8)

Carbon and glass fibre mix for added strength and rigidity. 6 X 4.6ft sections weighing 2.3 KG
the length (closed) fits in my kangoo!

otherwise I would have gone for a 30 - 34 ft Hybrid pole & used a harris or converted fishing pole (up to two/three floors) ;)
