The 1`s that are not charging enough and are really struggling due to just 1 weeks worth of bad weather need to re-think things now,if your business is set up right you should be doing enough to be able to re invest in your business and still make a profit still even with down time due to things like holidays and weather.I`ve seen some comments from people who are almost down to there last £ after paying there TAX bill,IMO there not running there business to it`s full potential there either happy with what they have or can`t be bothered to better themselves,just my opinion.
