Monday............no go. Tuesday............still 8 inches under. Wednesday.............black ice on all minor roads. Anyone else(mainly down south) ready to write off another day?

mixed bag here in the republic one side of street clear but nearly hit a traffic ireland
shopping at lidles so a lot of roads are a lottery we dont get griters from harrogate council
they keep them over there

Pants really aint it? Such a bad time of year for nearly all of us, after xmas, Tax bills etc. Tryin to take this one on the chin,but it's hurtin. Ever tried WFP'in on ice? The brush don't move, but to anyone lookin,it's like ya tryin to do the moonwalk  :

Forced myself out this afternoon for 4 hours, truddging around in about 2 inches of snow, laughed at myself doin it really, but so pleased I got out there, as Wii Golf was begining to get very adictive.

snows almost gone here. Fed up with wallpaper stripping for last two days so fingers crossed back to normal in morning.

i am going out tomorrow fingers crossed will judge it in the morning went out to the shop earlier about 6 pm it was like walking on glass nearly went over twice  my aunts window cleaners turned up today 3 of them all ladder work they either need the money really bad or have excellant injury insurance

It's a bit like getting over the xmas break ALL OVER AGAIN. It's not the physical getting back into the swing of it that bothers me. It's the mental side of it. And it's me birthday in a few hours(altogether now................  ) Makes it doubly hard to go for it again tommorow. One more day? ? ? ?

Count yaself lucky ol bobby you. Yeh it's been a total wipeout in some parts of the country fella. Clever comments aint really constructive mate. Turn on the TV,see what's occuring and hope that you and Morcambe Bay aint next
