HELP NEEDED....fibre glass pole
« on: January 27, 2009, 04:19:31 pm »
Hiya all!!!

hope you sound,
got a knightmare going on with fibreglass poles guy's :'(
i seem to be going through them like they are disposable(use once then throw away) :'(
well it not that bad :-\,but i seem to be spending loads ov money on a new poles every couple ov months :o
i use this pole  http://www.cleaningspot.co.uk/acatalog/Bare_poles.html

but i think they must be using less fibre glass when made or something, because they seem to wear down very quickly now
is they any good 18ft poles about guy's, for a budget price????  :-[ ;D
dont mind even paying a bit extra for a hard wearing pole......
they do get loads ov stick 8)
we do loads ov domestic work so the poles are up & down all day....
think my work load might ov increased a bit ;D,so i need a pole to last for a while......

Any help much appreciated....

take care all

C-N-C ;)

if you want fibreglass i find the xtel ones from gardnerpolesystems last well they also seem to have plenty of adjustment room when they do start slipping.

A top solution could be to go modular with a DIY lightweight pole; they're much easier to use than the fibre glass option and cost next to nothing to sort out.
