Anti-vandal paint
« on: March 15, 2005, 06:08:42 pm »
One of my darling customers has put anti-vandal paint on top of her gate!

Yours truly (doing some ladder work as estate not suitable for my pole set up yet ) rings bell - no reply so grab top of new side gate to pull my self up to see if its locked.

I'd just removed disposable gloves as hands were sweaty - bad timing because I put my hands in the black stuff. So now I go back to the car, clean hands, (see below) come back, split ladder to climb over and bodily lift the part of the ladder I need over the top without it touching the gate.

At this point customer comes out back door and says "I heard you ring the bell but as it was you I let you carry on - by the way I meant to phone you to tell you I've got anti vandal paint on the top of my gate"

"I've already found out" says I. >:(

By the way - an old cill cloth, GG4 mixed with pure water and a lot of scrubbing sorted it out!

Customer V apologetic! Too right - I should think so! ;D
It's a game of three halves!
