This is an Ionics Pro 10 hot water INTERNAL system which has a vaccum and filters for re using the water that is sucked off the glass. 50l capacity but depending on how dirty the water is it can be used all day with out refilling.

it comes with a 25ft pole, vacuum hose and attachements.

I DONT WANT ANY MONEY FOR THIS ITEM!!! its on a 3 year lease, 25 months left to go as of today, 14/1/09.
I would like to transfer the lease arrangements to someone willing to take it on with out any payment coming to me.

the lease has a purchase option at the end of the term for £75+vat but it works like a normal lease in that all the payments are tax deductable.

the payments are £181.48+vat or £208.70inc vat PER MONTH
there would be a £200+vat admin fee to do the transfer.

sorry for late replies.
been busy so not been logging on.

the pro 10 internal hot water machine is an excellent piece of kit but i would say it has a specific use.

its not really very practical for out side work but is ideal for inside high work which would normally mean trying to use ladders or a picker or scissor lift or mobile scaffold.

it produces hot water which i have found to be better at cleaning and is on wheels so as long as you have a long enough extension or plenty of sockets near the work you can take it anywhere.

it has a niche place in your equipment for specific or particular types of work and that is the reason i am making this offer, the specific work i had for this was on contract and that has ended. if i keep the machine i will have to go and find specific  work so i can justify keeping it, which i am in the process of doing but if i dont get any then it is a luxury i cant afford to keep.

Not for definate, but, been asked to tender for contract & there,s a lot of internal high level. Hopefully know this week if we have won it.

Trying to sell stuff at minute to ease cash flow, but, this could seal the deal, got meeeting this afternoon & will be pushing using an internal pole system.
