Last year and year before come to think of it, completely dead few days before Xmas eve through to after New Year, this year 2 email enquires late Xmas Eve, pricing up one tomorrow, a phone call Boxing day morning 10am  , think he was shocked that somone actually answered - not me by the way, I was still snoring in bed.
Another one yesterday booked in a rug clean..........and today had a phone call from a coffee stain I did approx. 6 months ago on a deep pile white wool rug.......at the time not all of it came out and I left some Oxibrite to work on it, so after 6 mths and sounding a bit tipsy she decides to ring and tell me it did the trick and theres no sign of it now. (Think she spends a lot of time out of the country if I remember correctly)

funny thing is though mike.
i really enjoyed our (me and simon) discussions. guess he didn't.
it was modern day enthusiasm V's 70's caution.
think enthusiasm won cos his answer was to ban me. but now i'm banned i'll guess we'll never really know.

It's a shame you've been band Derek you add alot of different slants to an arguement, us cleaners that have been doing the job for donkeys years just do the same things but you have looked for angles that have been used before and forgotten or new tricks.

Perhaps cleanitup will get you all to itself, but there are other forums also.

There is a heirachy but it all comes down to respecting your elders, I thought it was a bit harsh but with all of the banning that's been going on this year then perhaps it's par for the course.

May be a time out and then allow him back, let's not let Derek go over to the darkside of 'eco' .
