None at all - other than backward and forward compatibility with other suppliers products.

Is there any reason why the brushes can't be fitted with some kind of quick release fitting rather than screw on?

***Changed Subject

Has anyone attempted this DIY?
i worked on a prototype last year, it does work perfectly, ok for domestic, but for commercial work at height it will ad some weight. o and its the diyers that have made most wfp  tools available

I have been doing it since I started selling water fed pole systems, around 6 years.

The Gaz Brush was a quick release, it was held  on by a clip, flick it off and change the brush in seconds.

I don't know if there still available though  :o
