Ive got it, but ive not got my bits from Alex yet so ive not been able to finish my zensor pole (dont worry alex you guys emailed me, they've been posted today - apparently :P ) to be able to use it yet

But it will be my first choice pole and brush for most of my work, so i will be able to give feedback soon.

Nothing needed to say about it only it`s the best flocked brush there is,it does every thing you would want in the vikan and by that i mean it does frames to a top standard sills glides over leads and dosen`t bump.To be honest since the new mk2 mono superlite and the flocked version i hardly think about brushes anymore cos they do exactly what i want,i also forgot to say that the flocked version is the same as the mono in 1 way that it weighs nothing on the end of any pole. The only thing i would like to try just to see for myself is the mono mk2 packed with more bristles round the jets a bit more like the single trim but in mono form.

I must also add that with hot water they work a lot better and i`m not just saying that, with the hottest water neither of the brushes deform also unlike some other makes or should i say all other makes.

I'm still confused when to use a monofilament and when to use a flocked. Should I use a flocked on frames sills and conservatory roofs for minging cleans etc?

Atm I'm just using a mk2 dual trim.

just stick to monofilament - I can't see any reason for flocked brushes.
I've never been to bed with an ugly bird but I've woken up with loads!

If you were measuring flock to weight ratio, then pound for pound it is the best brush available.

It even punches way beyond its own weight.

I still advocate the vikan flocked, which is miles heavier, but if you want a close second with at least half the weight then this is the brush for you.

I've got all 3 of the superlight brushes. They are all great in their own way. I was a little surprised by the flock at first, whereas the Mono ones are very rigid bristles, the flocked is very soft indeed. It does a good job though and the weight is excellent.
I haven't encountered a jod requiring good scrubbing just yet, so I can't comment on it's abilities there.
The only downside I see on the Superlights is the flimsey & narrow tubing from the jets. I realise it may be a weight issue.
The problem is the Y connectors are only just clinging in their, and as the end for the pole hose is too thick for the tubing I always have to replace it with a Y piece with 3 equal narrow sides, and getting a new one pushed back into the flimsey tubing is very awkward.

Would anyone else have preferred if they had used a narrower connection for the hose end?

Great brushes though.

Great brushes though.

If you dip the end of your pole hose (I presume you are using the 5mm id type) in a cup of boiling water for 15 seconds you will find that it pushes onto the Y piece very easily.

The problem with that for me is that I am constantly changing my brushes throughout the day. It can be a beggar to get off when it's this cold & don't get me started on the frustration of reattaching it ;D ;D

I would love to know the best way to get the Y pieces back in the brush tubing though. Warming them up makes them too flimsey.

Why do you keep changing your brushes?

Cut your pole hose in between where leaves the pole and meets the Y piece, put a female schraeder valve on that end, then fit all your brushes with a schraeder male end.

Bingo!  Quick change pole & brushes.  I've been doing that for 2 years

Why do you keep changing your brushes?

I often change brushes for, 1st cleans (vikan), Con Roofs & gutters, when using a gooseneck on some houses, softer brush (cleantech) on some older wooden georgian windows etc.....
