Can you believe it....was out finishing a house (it was snowing) and a lady comes over and wants her windows cleaned...I look around the house with her and we come to a price...by this time we are both covered in snow and she agree's that I'll clean them in 8 weeks time as that is the date I will be around next time...

So in the snow another customer to put on the books...you just never know !!!

for those who are losing a few customers at the moment...chin up and you never know just when the next customer will tap you on the shoulder.

Dave.

See exactly what you mean Stan...but am chocker until my Xmas break and then will be back after New year ...the customer was non-fussed about the date but wanted a regular cleaner and I run a scheduled 8 weekly round and she got my details from a customer in that area who I clean for and have never let down.

But I see what you mean though.

the only time i didnt clean straight away it took me 4 weeks to get to her,by which time someone else had the job,im always behind but always push new cleans in  ;D

There's not much you can do if you can't fit it in. But i also prefer to do 1st cleans asap as i feel they are in the bag then.
It's if it turns out to be a one off, then i fit in my regular work 1st, before i do it.
