Biocidal Cleaning
«

Hi
We have had a competitor send a letter to one of our clients saying that they use biocidal cleaning products. We have changed to eco friendly products but I have not heard of this before. Anyone know what they are and the benefits?
Thanks in advance
Tim

I dont think it is as I have googled it and found that it kills mrsa, e-coli etc etc and they are saying that the offices are not clean unless you use this type of cleaner. It would appear to be something similar to microsan or cleansan maybe? It could of course be just a load of cobblers!

Hi
It sounds like Microsan. Explain to the client that it is only a Biocide if it is left on for 15 mins otherwise it is just a sanitizer (sorry, swallowed a training manual recently)
A biocide can either be sprayed or fogged in and as stated kills micro organisms.
Regards
Martin
