Bit of a sales campaign at mo: 3 people who find small quad in local fortnightly rag get a free clean. Today did one of these, asked her when she anted to see me again.......SHE said" I already have a regular cleaner! So just cos it was free. Didn't need it.

im guessing he is the quad bike window cleaner and he puts a small decal of a quad bike in a local paper/magazine and the finder gets their windows cleaned for free and then he hopes to acquire a new customer for consecutive cleans except this time it didnt exactly work out that way!  :D

Worth a try ! . I went on a new estate with loads of dirty windows flyered it then told one woman i'd do her house for free on a sat afternoon , so all her neighbours would see me and i might get business from it. Anyway did it and took ages so more people would see me, we're talking about an hour for the front and copious brews inbetween loads of curtain twitching etc but no one came out at all ???? so after i'd finished i started knocking on doors, First 3 said we got your flyer and arranged cleaning dates when you called yesterday, "i didn't call yesterday " i said "well someone did and we've took them on " :o :o :o
Should have a moral to that story best i can think of is ' strike when the irons hot'
dont look who's to blame, look how to fix it. anon
