currently pay him £6 per hour now fully trained for wfp worked for me 4 days of 8 hours per week

At £6 per hr is it not worth canvassing or buying a small round to put him on?

At £6 per hr you could get him to canvass, or crash ur work out together & canvass together
or you canvass while he does the hard bit.

Give it some thought mate, £6 per hr is not hard to cover & if hes that good i would want to keep him.

yes he can drive, i am not joking when i say he is a good catch for someones business i employ three guys already and am happy to have got to the level i have he has helped us to fill the book right up over the last 3 months and i have not had a single complaint about the finish. the others say he is right up with them speed wise. i would love to get the guy a job as i hate to see someone without a job at this point in time especially when they work like he does. his last company in devon told him he could go back to them anytime but his partner lives down here. so he doesn't want to go back.
