weve about 4 inch here and its still snowing on and off i dont work in the snow because you are not sure where the ladder feet are going, and before the wfp brigade chip in another reason is if i take the car out i probley wont get it home, all hills round here and side streets which the council no longer grit, even the wife has to walk to work  ;D

The whole of my town is ungritted, its brought it to a stand still everyone i know who lives outside walking distance have stopped working, trains are disruptes, buses cant move in it, ive been out for last 2 hours driving round :) and having snowball fights with the kids on my street who have been sent home from school as its closed....all from 6 inches of snow???? mental, shows what happens when no grit down !!

Im going sledging later, .... yeah i know..im a big kid :)

Where I was working this afternoon
in the second picture you can just see my hose on the ground.
Decent enough job done monthly but you have to take the weather as it comes cos it's so regular.

I was talking to someone near Bridlington today and they said they couldn't get the kids to school it was so bad.

schools all shut here, and loads not gone into work, roads were pretty empty just before considering its nearly 5 pm usually much busier...
