I have had a hippo pump for the last 5 years, got it from argos.
It's a little bigger than the neck on an IBC so I had to be creative to get it in, but there it is still pumping about 5000 litres a week after 5 years. Fills my 650 litre tank in about 8 mins, after traversing my 60foot back garden, the side of my house and my front garden.

Great pump and cheap, just make sure you et some thick hose and it transfers in no time
