Would a vac remove that build-up?  :-\

With the roots on that rain forrest i would guess that it would lift out almost in one piece then you could vac the remains?

you need to use the gutter spike to break the grass and mut up then a vac should do the job.

Yep, the vac won't touch that untill you loosen it and break it up. Even if you could get it out in one piece the weight would be like a sack of potatoes.  :)
Had one today and had to spike it first - i could almost hook it and pull over the side but it would have nearly gone through the conservatory roof.

Did it once - they were happy but i wasn't. I was really worried about tripping their supply 3600w is quite a lot of power. Another customer wanted me to use his extension but i would have melted if i had. Generator gives me piece of mind.
My big vac started to struggle a bit for suction today because the pipes were silting up, had to suck on a hosepipe for a minute or two to wash it out. I think the smaller powered vacs are going to struggle.  :-\

what do mean smaller vacs?  smaller than yours?   if you use a extension socket with a trip switch on it it wont blow the custys electric will it?

Yes a vac with less than triple 1200w motors i think might struggle somewhat.
No electric shouldn't trip but what if it did? What if your customer is out? How do you accesss their electric?

Honestly i can't comment because i haven't used anything else. I remember Glyn of Omnipole rubbished them saying the were chinese and no good. Don't know where mine is manufactured, (funny he supplies Chinese generators?) So you would need to speak to someone who has used one.
