When you are filled to the top with your workload, do you consider subcontracting some and doing some, or is it prefferable to do what you can yourself and drop less porofitables?
Of course as you know, I have gone the sub route. Even tho it has it's problems, I do like sleeping until 8 or going out on the lake on afternoons.
But it is a close call. Today I had to go to the police and arrange for an officer to go with me to Cindy's house so I can get my tools back.
I kick myself in the butt because I went against my policy with Cindy.
Normally a subcontractor works for 2 weeks and then gets paid for what they did the first week.
With Cindy I fell for her sad stories, and let her slide; WHAT A CHUMP!!! I am angry at myself. If a worker has money coming to them, they will absolutely give you back everything.
Subing versus one man operation; a bit of a dillema. Both are good ond bad.
