Flyers!
« on: November 06, 2008, 11:06:12 pm »
Does anyone know of the design software used to create your own flyers? Not that i want to print these myself but i would like to approach  printer with a sample so i get exactly what im looking for.

I have seen some people on CIU who have designed their own flyers and sent them to the print, perhaps you can help?

photoshop, quark or illustrator. you may get away with it in paintshop or even word but they will probably print crap. you need to provide a printer with a CMYK 300dpi file. either jpg, tiff, eps

300dpi is just the size of your image. if you open photoshop you need to go to image>image size then bang in the dimensions there. if the file is smaller becareful it may pixelate
