Flyers
« on: November 06, 2008, 12:06:46 pm »
Hi All,

Just be out and posted 150 flyers but was wondering what the best way is??

1.  knock door and hand the flyer?

                     or

2. just post and wait for call?

Just post, put on it as many contact details as possible, half of the contact i have had have been through people going on website after getting leaflet, or emailing and of course ringing...

If you get a response from one particular area, follow up with a canvassing session :)

you want to get your name out to as many as possible.

So post flyers to maximum doors as possible. In the next few days follow up with a door knocking session. They would have had time to see your flyer and possibly think about it. If no luck, return to the area and flyer again in a few months time.

Due to the early nights im just delivering flyers until the spring where i will knock on doors once the evenings are light once more.

people are lazy, or it slips thier mind, or they keep putting it off, etc...!

we door knock as well as flyer. i thought i'd give this idea a go of leaving the flyer in a window or a door. i nicked that idea off here. i'll see if it works ;)
