i didn't realise it had been extended.. as before you couldn't even put a reciept number in it..I have just seen it now and is allot better..it's just on a personal note i would like it longer if it was easy thing for you to do especially in the description part..although not long enough to write a book lol..

It's not easy to change but there's a 40 character description and a 25 character reference.

You can't write a book - but a short poem maybe...

on the work done tab it shows  value 4.00, payment 3.50, bal. .50p

when i switch to payment tab there is no record of the  3.50 being recieved, so i can not ammend there.

The error on "C:\GEORGE\GDATA\CLCASH.MTI - 1B" suggests you've upgraded PocketGeorge but not George.

It's not that simple - you can Invoice in advance but you might not want to. There's no easy way to tell what you want included on the invoice.
