A Friend of mine said , boiled kettle water is pure, i told him it wasnt.

i had to get out my tds metre to prove it... it was exactly the same as out of the tap.

176 tds

i told him the boiling of water kills bacteria, and does not purify it,

still, because hot water breaks down grime , he still would not accept that purified water, cleans windows better than boiling hot water....

  ... not to mention shattering it

haha beat me too it, your element in kettle will be all limescaled water is picking it up! haha if purifying it is reverse osmosis, would that be osmosis

i would have thought that other way around other way around.  some water will steam out leaving more solids in the kettle thus increasing the tds in the water.
